Molly Daudelin

Senior Associate

Molly joined The Pachera Group in the Fall of 2010 as Senior Associate and brings with her a great combination of industry and executive search experience.

Molly began her career in marketing in New York. First, as a marketing manager for Broadway theater and then with the Financial Times. After returning to her native California, Molly switched gears and joined the world of executive search, first with Spencer Stuart and then Russell Reynolds Associates, coordinating top-level executive and board of director searches.

At The Pachera Group, Molly is responsible for business development, marketing, client management and candidate development. When not at work, Molly can be found chasing after her three daughters, sitting on the beach or training for her annual 39-mile Avon Walk.

Molly earned her bachelor’s degree in English from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.
