Vikki Pachera

Vikki Pachera has 25 years of experience working directly in technology and new media—experience she’s now leveraging, along with her trademark hands-on approach and uncompromising commitment, to help you find your perfect candidate in those fields. Her functional area specialties include hardware and software product development, strategy, business development, alliance development, marketing, and professional services.

Vikki most recently served as Vice President of Strategic Alliances & Business Development for Hewlett Packard. There, she was responsible for creating a strategy and executing growth-oriented business plans for the company’s top global alliances—as well as developing a framework for HP’s initial foray into digital media, brokering new business with companies like Warner Brothers, Disney, and Starbucks.

Prior to her tenure at HP, Vikki held VP-level positions at some of the world’s largest technology and media companies. She served in an executive role in Apple Computer’s consumer electronics division, and held leadership positions in that company’s printing division. Vikki also co-founded a start-up “software as a service” company, where she was instrumental in building the team, product offering, and customer base. She began her career as an engineer at IBM’s storage product group.

Currently, Vikki is a member of the Board of Directors of LodgeNet Entertainment (NASDAQ:LNET), one of the world’s largest providers of interactive television and broadband solutions to hotels. She serves on the governance and compensation committees.

Vikki’s recent search work has included work at the Board of Director level as well as executive level IT, Sales and Marketing and general management positions for Fortune 50 companies and early phase startups.
